5. You  are able to tell your client more about who you are and what you do, The amount of information you want to put on the web site is only limited to your imagination and budget.
6. You get more time engaging the clients while on site without being interrupted by another call.
7. Clients not being upset when you don’t call them back straight away. When the client is geared to email they know that there will be a delay, which is their expectation. When you do get a call it is most likely important. Which you can respond to.
8. You will reach a younger age demographic. This will be an advantage in securing a growth in you clientele number base.
